BE Amazon Expedition 2017

A keen conservationist, explorer and expedition leader, I am Chief Leader for the British Exploring (BE) Amazon Expedition 2017 to Manu National Park in Peru. We are looking for suitably qualified and / or experienced adventure leaders & scientists to join this expedition, providing the opportunity for over 60 young people to explore this remote and uncharted primary rainforest and to help preserve it & the indigenous people who already maintain it. I also led this amazing expedition in 2015.

In collaboration with the CREES Foundation, British Exploring are leading an expedition to Manu National Park. The purpose of the expedition for young people and leaders alike is threefold:
Adventure… to explore and challenge
Science… to explore and discover
Creative Media… to explore and capture

The expedition science report is used by both CREES and the Peruvian Government to further preserve this exceptional national park. In 2015, my team successfully reached and explored the Pini Pini Ridge, an area previously unknown to science and uncharted, gathering data on key species. We are now recruiting medics, adventure leaders and scientists to help plan and deliver this expedition. Email me if you are interested for more information.
