I have spent a lot of time thinking about climate change and global justice, and perhaps not enough time in recent years on what makes life wonderful (there is a correlation here). I'm a natural analyst and come with ideas. I like working with other people to carry things out. I love to dance and tend plants and should always do more of these things than I do. I'm an editor and communicator by trade, and would like to do more editing, and find more time for writing. I have lived in Lebanon and Bolivia and speak fluent Spanish. I'm an activist for social justice based in ecological wisdom, and against borders. I have a 5 year old son who is the fruit bowl of my eye.

To be continued...

I am influenced by the people around me on a day-to-day basis, and always surprised to see the effect human interactions can have.

This is a personal project set up by @MadsRyle. It is a space for stories of how community gets made in Brighton & Hove, and what it means to the people making it. Anyone with a story to tell that fits is welcome to post here. If you have ideas for something that should appear here get in touch. PS: There is a Campfire Beacon for Brighton & Hove.

An afternoon of talking, dreaming and scheming for Campfire members based in and around Brighton & Hove. This Beacon is brand new, so we are going to meet in the lovely Rose Hill Tavern (by a real fire!) to make plans and get to know each other better.
