Lights On is an educational framework I've developed over the past four years through my creative learning agency, Explorium. I have problem-solved around every obstacle and iterated over and over by looking at what worked and just as importantly what didn't work, with over 600 children, aged 4 through to 16. I realised that although educational change is difficult and can feel impossible actually there is a simple solution which I've called Lights On. The hard thing now is to get it out there.
