I've spent the past 15 years supporting social entrepreneurs in Scotland to launch and grow their ideas. I work for UnLtd and feel incredibly lucky to have a job I love; supporting people to make a difference.
I'm also mum to a feisty, 9 1/2 year old girl and founder of Appetite for Change, an Edinburgh based venture that organises community food events and dinner parties in a bid to tackle isolation, poverty and food waste.
Collaboration is key and I rarely work alone. I've learned that I don't need to have all the skills required to pull an idea off. I find the people who are brilliant at the things I don't have a clue about, and together we always make something magic happen! I look forward to hatching plans and collaborating with my new Campfire friends as this movement takes shape.
