SATURDAY / SUNDAY : Julie Cowlishaw A Mindful practice incorporating stretches, asana, breath work, meditation and relaxation. A class designed to offer the tools to free the mind, de-stress and restore a sense of calm. Please wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket if possible.
Geoff Greentree has been practising and teaching Shiatsu since 1989 and is pleased to have the opportunity to offer one-to-one sessions here. He was involved in all the early Big Chill festivals and recently at The Little Chill too. He is looking forward to reunions and meeting new faces too.

Jana worked as an acupuncturist for 16 years, having completed a three year British Acupuncture Council accredited course at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture. She uses a medley of different approaches . Her massages are not just focused on the physical, but also rebalance the energy body, using either acupuncture, massage or acupressure, depending on what I feel will be the most useful for each unique constitution
