Winchfest : August 4-6
The last in the series of Campfire Conversations takes place in the historic village of Winchcombe in Gloucestershire this weekend. A free event in Hannah and Tony's paddock, it features shared dinners, folk tales, live music, a Pete Lawrence DJ set and camping...
Organiser Hannah Clarke says "Those who are coming to camp from the Friday gates open at 2pm.
Friday night we will have a shared dinner so please bring some food and drink, some fabulous musicians and folk tales around the camp fire. If you have a favourite folk tale please bring it with you.
Saturday afternoon Pete Lawrence is going to DJ for us to get us all in the vibe for the Saturday night campfire conversation.
We will provide the food for Saturday night, you will just need to think about breakfast and lunch that day.
Sunday - for those of you still with us we will wrap up around lunch time. We will provide breakfast on the Sunday.
Weather is looking fair, around 19 degrees in day time and right now no rain but come prepared for the reality of the great British summer!!
I mowed a maze for Winchfest, all the pathways lead to the campfire for our Saturday night Campfire conversation, the other end of each pathway is a camping pod
Campfire Conversation : Living in Relationship.
We exist in relationship with ourselves, others and the world around us, this conversation is an opportunity to explore the importance of relationship and reflect on those connections that have had a profound impact on us.
Join us for an evening of conversation, connections, ideas and reflection. We’ll be looking at how work will look in the future and how it will affect us all. We'll re-imagine a future with more compassion and equality - a place where all can flourish, create and experience beauty; and we’ll explore what we can do as a group to kick start this movement locally.
Any questions just ask, looking forward to seeing you all, also please feel free to drop in and out of the festival as suits you best??"
